This, my friends, is a little bowl of heaven! It’s actually a match made in heaven! The unique combination of chunky fruit compote mixed with the crunchy sweet granola is a sweet symphony of texture and taste. It’s pure and simple magic! The compote alone is an oldie but a goodie, and with the granola topping to top it off, it’s like the re-mastered version of an audio classic. I’ve made this hundreds of times for Friday night dessert and it always gets a standing ovation! After all, who doesn’t love some luscious fruit after a hearty meal?! Tip: serve hot or cold it’s so tasty either way!
