Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you’re a chocolate lover like I am you’re going to LOVE these DOUBLE Chocolate Chip Cookies!

3 eggs

3⁄4 sugar

1⁄2 cup light brown sugar

1⁄2 cup oil

2 teaspoons baking powder

1⁄4 cup decaf instant coffee

3⁄4 cup hot water

3 1⁄4 cup flour

1⁄2 cup coca

1 teapsoon salt

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Mix eggs and sugars, add oil and baking powder. Mix hot water and coffee. Add the coffee, add the flour, cocoa, and salt. mix. Add chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake 12 minutes 350
