Garlic Pepper Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Loads of people have been asking for some more side dish ideas lately and I’ve got you covered! This roasted broccoli and cauliflower is literally the easiest and most delicious side dish ever! You don’t need any dishes or bowls in order to make this and it take about a minute to prepare! I mean what more could you ask for in a side dish right?! Tip: If you have a smaller family use half the amount of everything but still bake it for the same amount of time.

Recipe: 1/4 cup avocado oil (or olive oil) 24 ounce bag frozen broccoli 24 ounce bag frozen cauliflower 2 Tablespoons Del Campo Tortillas garlic pepper spice 1 tablespoon salt Place the broccoli and cauliflower in a 2 gallon ziplock bag. Add the oil and spices. Close the bag well and shake gently so that the broccoli and cauliflower are fully coated in oil and spices. Line a baking sheet pan with foil and pour the broccoli and cauliflower on to it. Roast at 450° for 45 minutes! Enjoy!
