Peanut Butter Truffles

Ya I kinda have an obsession with peanut butter snacks Incase you couldn’t tell. Simple is an understatement for this snack I tell you, this took 6 minutes to put together!

Tip: freeze the truffles for a few minutes after they are coated in chocolate to make the chocolate dry fast

Recipe: 1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup softened Betterine or Margerine 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups of sifted powdered sugar Mix the peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar to create a play dough like texture. Form into balls.
