Strawberry Shortcut (shortcake) Icecream Pie

Theres no shortcake, but who cares? This pie channels all your favorite strawberry shortcake flavors in an easy to make pie. Its yummy and you won’t stop at one slice!

Yield: 6–8 servings

Recipe:

3 cups (56 oz.) pareve vanilla ice cream

2 cups (20 oz.) frozen strawberries

1 graham cracker crust

Fresh strawberries, to garnish

1. In a food processor, blend ice cream and strawberries until mostly incorporated.

2. Pour into the crust and smooth out the top. Freeze until ready to serve, garnishing with fresh strawberries right before serving.
