This is a deliciously simple chocolate chip cookie recipe, #Tastynsimple. Originally from my Copycat Chipwich recipe, these cookies deserve their own spotlight. I made them last week for Shabbos, and my guests couldn’t get enough—they were such a hit! Add these to your Shabbos menu and enjoy!
2 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cuo chocolate chips
Whisk together the eggs sugars, oil, and vanilla. Add in the salt , baking powder, flour and mix using a spatula or your hands. Add in the chocolate chips and mix once more. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Heat your oven to 350°. Roll the cookies into small balls then slightly flatten ( they don’t spread out much when they bake). Bake for 10 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
Enjoy!
