I wanted to craft a side dish that wasn’t just an idea but something people would genuinely feel inspired to make—quick, tasty, and built around ingredients already sitting in their kitchen. As I scanned my pantry for inspiration, my eyes landed on a box of spaghetti, and it instantly clicked—sesame noodles would be the perfect choice! They’re versatile, easy to whip up, and a crowd-pleaser every time. They can be served warm or straight from the fridge.
Ingredients:
1 lb. spaghetti
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and place in a large serving bowl.
Add all other ingredients, except for sesame seeds and scallions, to the bowl and toss to mix well.
Top with sesame seeds and scallions and serve.
