Weeknight Wings


Certain dinners are more than just good flavors theyre also fun for the whole family, how do you wing? Do you crack them in half? Do you use a fork and knife? Do you debone a pile and then eat? Whats your method? “bone” apetite


2lb wings

1/3 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic

½ teaspoon mustard powder


heat oven to 400 degrees

place wings and all ingredients into a large ziplock or large bowl and toss until coated place wings along with all the extra sauce onto a parchment lined baking sheet cover loosely with foil


bake for 40 minutes and then broil for 4 minutes
